Jack Miller has been a Chamber executive for over twenty years. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management and has been an Economic Development professional for over 17 years. He has attended many Qualified Economic Development classes throughout the Country and attended the University of Georgia, University of Oklahoma, The College of Charleston and graduated from the University of Delaware.
